Sylvie Greenberg recently wrote a good post on college egg donors, and some legal implications that people might often be not aware of. (For example, she mentions the case of a woman who was a surrogate for a woman that suffered from paranoid-shizophrenia). She has not been informed about this prior to the surrogacy agreement, and was already pregnant when she discovered this fact and now was apprehensive to give the children to the custody of a woman that is not mentally well.
